چکیده

Abstract The systematic position of the enigmatically mycoparasitic genus Squamanita ( Agaricales , Basidiomycota ) together with Cystoderma Phaeolepiota Floccularia and Leucopholiota is largely unknown. Recently they were recognized as Squamanitaceae but previous studies used few DNA markers from a restricted sample taxa family lacked formal taxonomic treatment. In this study, newly generated sequences type S. schreieri several additional species family, phylogeny reinvestigated concatenated (18S-5.8S-nrLSU-RPB2-TEF1 - α) dataset. This study reveals that are monophyletic clade strong statistical support in Bayesian analysis form . nested within ; clustered two subclades; was present both Maximum Likelihood analyses. name formally emended detailed treatment presented to accommodate five genera. Taxonomic Study of Amanita Subgenus Lepidella and Three Unrecorded Amanita Species in Korea

Amanita Pers. is a well-known monophyletic mushroom genus with a broad distribution. However, the diversity of Korean Amanita species has been underestimated, and most taxonomic studies conducted in Korea have only investigated their morphological characteristics. This approach is frequently insufficient for correct identification in fungal classification; therefore, we constructed a phylogeny ...

Four New Species of Amanita in Inje County, Korea.

Amanita (Agaricales, Basidiomycota) is one of the most well-known genera composed of poisonous mushrooms. This genus of almost 500 species is distributed worldwide. Approximately 240 macrofungi were collected through an ongoing survey of indigenous fungi of Mt. Jeombong in Inje County, Korea in 2014. Among these specimens, 25 were identified as members of Amanita using macroscopic features. Spe...

Four Newly Recorded Amanita Species in Korea: Amanita sect. Amanita and sect. Vaginatae

We collected nearly 70 specimens of Amanita species during a diversity study of Korean mushrooms conducted in 2012. In this study, we primarily investigated 23 Amanita specimens belonging to sections Amanita and Vaginatae. Based on sequence data of the internal transcribed spacers and partial large subunit of ribosomal RNA and morphological characteristics, we identified the following 15 phylog...
